    Stay 74

    A 14th-century watchtower in Ibiza's walled hilltop old town, Dalt Vila, converted into a 26-room boutique hotel where the rooftop views stretch out over the whole island. Rooms are spacious and quietly classic, with contemporary comfort beneath the stone, and the scale stays small enough that privacy is genuinely the point. For anyone who assumed Ibiza was only for the crowd that never goes to bed, this is a fairly convincing counterargument.
