This small, Michelin-starred restaurant in central Augsburg runs a tight schedule, open just a few days a week, with seasonal menus that shift between à la carte and five-to-seven-course formats depending on the night. The room is minimalist and modern without performing about it, and the service is warm enough that you forget you're being very carefully looked after.
