    A Michelin Key boutique hotel above Kalafati Beach, set in a restored historic building where stone archways open onto a garden pool lined with striped chaises and straw umbrellas. Mid-century curves, vintage 1960s glamour, and a minimalist Cycladic palette run through the rooms, some with private pools and sea views. The mood is deliberate antidote to Mykonos's louder habits, which the guests seem to appreciate deeply.
