    A Japanese and fusion restaurant tucked into central Teramo, Oishi holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and runs a menu of sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and tempura that occasionally detours through local Abruzzese ingredients. The room was recently redone in a minimalist, quietly colorful style that earns the name, which means "delicious" in Japanese. Italian craft beers, chosen with an eastward lean, round out a wine list that keeps pace.
