    A wood-framed orangery flooded with light, set among the farmland of the Achterhoek, is a quietly striking place to eat a surprise tasting menu. The kitchen leans hard on its own garden and local suppliers, then pulls in a yuzu here, a soy vinaigrette there, without it feeling like a detour. The Michelin Guide has selected it, and the room feels like the reason they did.
