A family-run seafood restaurant on a bay in Bodrum, where the brothers who own it also fish it, which explains a lot. The cooking is plant-forward alongside the seafood, the supply chain is almost comically short, and the wine list, which includes a few of their own labels, reads like a side project that got out of hand. The Michelin Guide has its eye on it.
