The top floor of The Marmara Hotel earns its keep: from the dining room you can take in Bodrum's castle, its rooftops, the Aegean, and on a clear day a few Greek islands doing their best impression of a postcard. The restaurant is a modern Mediterranean spot where the kitchen leans on regional ingredients and old recipes, then applies a little polish. The house-made pasta and the baklava have apparently achieved legendary status among regulars.
