Tucked into the basement of Flemings hotel, this Michelin-starred fine dining room runs on set menus and unapologetically formal service, which in Mayfair is either a relief or a warning depending on who you are. The chef's Moroccan heritage threads through otherwise very British cooking, Orkney scallops and Cornish mackerel sitting alongside dishes built around preserved lemon and warm spice. A room for people who find "a scene" exhausting.
