Oru is a sleek little sushi counter in the Heights from the Kira team, and the pitch is that nobody makes you sign up for a full omakase. You order a la carte, mixing nigiri, crudos, and a few composed plates as the mood strikes. The rice is served warm and deliberately textured, and dessert is banana ice cream topped with caviar, which is either a joke or a flex.
