Floors 38 through 57 of Japan's tallest building, the Abeno Harukas, with floor-to-ceiling windows in every one of the 360 rooms, and a corner room that frankly makes the case for itself. This Marriott is a different species from its airport cousins: futuro-minimalist geometry, deep soaking tubs, and an aurora-themed bar that glows in shifting rainbow light. Restaurants, a gym, a bakery, and a tea lounge mean you may not need to leave, which is fine since Osaka is right there when you do.
