The dining room sits in the straw loft of an old Catalan farmhouse ringed by rice fields, which tells you most of what you need to know before you've touched the menu. This is a family-run restaurant where rice is the serious business: the kitchen grows its own Carnaloli variety when the drought cooperates, and the rice dishes are the reason regulars make the drive to Pals. An à la carte of traditional Spanish cooking, a tasting menu, and daily specials round out the options.
