A six-suite hotel inside Mdina's ancient walls, occupying a 14th-century palazzo that once belonged to a Knight of Malta. The restoration leans into the bones: limestone arches, herringbone floors, and moody wallpaper that takes the history seriously without turning it into a museum. A rooftop pool looks over the skyline, and a courtyard café serves pastries under ivy below. The silent city outside is half the point; the insulation from it is the other half.
