    Menus are vegan by default at this all-inclusive wellness resort in Playa del Carmen, though the kitchen adapts without fuss. The 234 suites lean contemporary-indigenous, most with ocean views or swim-out pool access, and adults-only facilities are kept separate from the family wing. Between the Atlantis Spa's Ayurvedic and Maya treatments and the optional shamanic rituals and astrology sessions, the itinerary can get ambitious. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 Keys.
