    Inside Hotel Xcaret Arte, Le Chique runs a theatrical contemporary Mexican tasting menu where the presentations are almost aggressively beautiful, foie gras tucked into citrus, huitlacoche donuts arriving with enough ceremony to feel earned. The kitchen moves through Mexico's regions course by course, and the procession is long, from dazzling seafood to a parade of sweets that seems to keep going. It holds a Michelin star and a spot on Latin America's 50 Best list.
