    The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Vorarlberg Alps so completely that the mountains feel like a design choice. This is a proper Austrian restaurant inside a mountain hotel, and the menu leans into regional classics: Wiener schnitzel, goulash with sour cream, Bregenzerwald cheese spätzle, Kaiserschmarrn. The terrace, when weather allows, makes the view even harder to ignore.
