Named for the mountain looming above it at nearly 2,000 meters, this intimate restaurant inside Hotel Alpenstern serves a single eight-course menu built around seasonal and Alpine ingredients. Only a handful of tables keep it feeling close, and amuse-bouches arrive in the bar before you're shown to your seat. The wine list runs to over 2,000 labels, which is quietly absurd for somewhere this small, and cocktail pairings are on offer too.
