Rooms are polished in that quietly serious Park Hyatt way, and the onyx-panelled bar downstairs draws a suited crowd who order cocktails like they're in no hurry to be anywhere else. The parkhuus restaurant runs a wood-burning oven through Swiss classics. A Forbes Four Star property.
