A long, narrow bistro on Granby's main strip, fitted out in wood and leather with a menu that keeps one foot in French-Canadian comfort food and the other in Japan. The chef came up at Joe Beef, which explains both the macaroni gratin with lobster and the izakaya-style mackerel sharing a menu without anyone blinking. Laid-back service, a room that fills up fast, and pudding chômeur on the dessert list.
