The dining room is styled to look like an Italian estate, which suits the Antinori family just fine, given that they own one. This is a Tuscan restaurant inside the Inn at Spanish Bay, where the golf course views are decidedly Californian but the wood-fired cooking runs straight down the Italian peninsula. The Antinori wine list is long and pointed, and the menu leans hearty, the kind of rustic that still knows what it's doing.
