    Perched in the Petrányi Pince vineyard on a hillside above Lake Balaton, this traditional Hungarian restaurant keeps the kind of cooking that every Hungarian family thinks only their grandmother got right: soups, stews, ragouts, the dishes with a dozen regional variations and strong opinions attached. The views across the water make a persuasive case for lingering, and the menu makes a matching case for ordering more than you planned.
