    A working water wheel turns beside the terrace at this traditional Hungarian tavern near Lake Balaton, which tells you pretty much everything about the vibe. Hearty classics, meat-stuffed pancakes among them, come at prices that won't make you wince. The décor leans rustic with a faint Mediterranean tilt, the owners are the warm kind, and the place fills up fast when the season hits.
