French
The menu lists only ingredients, leaving the rest to your imagination, which is either thrilling or alarming depending on how your day is going. This Michelin-starred French dining room on the 20th floor of the InterContinental pairs classical technique with Japanese produce, yuzu and chilli threading through dishes that are deliberately light. The views over Osaka do considerable heavy lifting, and the room is spacious enough that you're never eating elbow-to-elbow with a stranger.
