Platán Gourmet
Eastern European
Dinner here opens at the Chef's Table with an aperitif and snacks before the team leads you down into a barrel-vaulted cellar under Platán Manor, where an open kitchen runs two multi-course tasting menus rooted in Hungarian creative cooking. The dishes are precise without being stiff, and the setting, stone walls and candlelight beneath a castle, does rather a lot of the heavy lifting. It holds two Michelin stars.
