    A terrace overlooking a valley of the Serranía de Ronda is a reasonable excuse to linger over lunch. This small restaurant in a whitewashed hilltop village is run by a Dutch couple, with one half in the kitchen turning out traditional Andalusian cooking built on local chestnuts, figs, wild mushrooms, and Payoyo cheese. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the wines lean local too.
