Three pools, olive trees, and the sea on one side, and nothing much else on the other. This adults-only boutique hotel on the quieter end of Mallorca keeps things calm and considered: wood-beamed rooms in pale wood and natural linen, Bang & Olufsen in the walls, and freestanding soaking tubs in bathrooms the size of some hotel rooms.
