The lobby of this Charlottenburg boutique hotel drops you into a burlesque fantasy before you've found the elevator: velvet, skin, and low light, all of it styled after a 1920s Parisian fever dream. Rooms run from snug to sprawling, but the opulent textures hold across the range. The bar alone could derail a reasonable evening.
