The vaulted glass roof is held up by repurposed pipework, which tells you most of what you need to know before the food arrives. This is a lunch-only restaurant run by a husband-and-wife team out of a Republican-era house, with sustainability baked so deep into the project that even the interior is part of the argument. The whole thing feels less like a reservation and more like being invited over by friends who happen to cook very well.
