Raven Steakhouse is a Maryville dinner spot that treats the steakhouse script as a loose suggestion, with oysters, fried green tomatoes, and a wedge wearing candied bacon crowding the front of the menu. The beef Wellington arrives medium rare in its prosciutto jacket, and the creamed corn has been crème brûléed, which is the kind of thing you'll order out of curiosity and finish out of respect. Expect a Michelin Guide listing and a proper dessert you won't have room for.
