The triple-height lobby windows framing Victoria Harbour feel less like a design choice and more like a declaration of intent. This Forbes Five Star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui came back to its original name after a long run under another flag, and the charcoal-and-cream interiors by designer Chi Wing Lo give it a quieter confidence than its storied past might suggest. Most of the 497 rooms angle toward the water, and the two-Michelin-starred Lai Ching Heen anchors a dining lineup that has always been the real draw.
