    Every room has a balcony, and many look straight across the water to Hong Kong Island, which is a good start. K11 Artus is a residential-style luxury boutique hotel on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, designed by André Fu for a founder whose art foundation has spent years weaving Chinese contemporary art into the global conversation. The artworks and the light switches get equal attention here. Dining comes from the wider Victoria Dockside development right outside.
