    A glazed conservatory tucked inside a business park is an unlikely setting for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but here we are. Chef Pierre Grein runs a single evolving tasting menu rooted in Provençal and Mediterranean ingredients, and the sauces alone tend to stop conversation. The room is light and comfortable, the service warm without being stiff, and the menu shifts as the markets do.
