    Dinner here moves through the building like a guided tour: Champagne in one corner, a stop in the bakery, a detour through the bodega, then the dining room upstairs, and finally sofas by a fireplace for petits-fours and spirits. It's a two-Michelin-star tasting menu rooted in Galician ingredients, in a small town most people drive past. The family has been running something on this spot forever, and it shows in how the hospitality is taken personally.
