A gracious old building on the station square in the Centovalli valley, with views that do most of the heavy lifting before the food even arrives. The kitchen runs on classic French technique with a quiet nod to the Mediterranean, and the team behind the stove and the floor is a young couple who seem to take both equally seriously. The wine list is in good hands: one half of the partnership is a qualified sommelier.
