A 15th-century hunting lodge on the glassy shores of Lake Fuschl, about half an hour from Salzburg, now running as a Rosewood luxury hotel with 98 rooms and chalets. The bones are castle; the interior is modern-luxe, with hand-painted minibars and original stonework sharing the same hallway. Six restaurants lean into Austrian alpine cooking, and the Asaya Spa has an infinity pool pointed squarely at the mountains. The Michelin Guide awarded it 3 Keys.
