    Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Lake Fuschl so closely you half expect the fish on your plate to wave. This is the formal dining room inside the Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, a grand hotel restaurant that manages not to feel like a museum, with warm interiors softening all that castle-level grandeur. The kitchen leans into classic Austrian cooking using regional produce, including fish pulled from the hotel's own farm. A lakeside terrace handles fine weather with appropriate ceremony.
