    Sea-view villas with their own private pools sit at the center of this adults-and-families resort on Tenerife's southern coast. The minimalist architecture keeps things clean and uncluttered, which is a genuine design choice given how much is going on: four restaurants and bars, a spa, yoga and Pilates classes, a kids' club, and scheduled paella lessons for the grown-ups who prefer edible homework. The kind of place where switching off is, technically, the activity.
