Sattlerhof sits among its own vineyards in the Styrian wine country, which goes some way toward explaining the 650-label wine list. It's a Michelin-starred restaurant serving a creative six-course seasonal menu, with herbs and flowers pulled from the kitchen garden. The family runs the whole operation, front to back, and the warmth of the room is earned rather than performed. Comfortable rooms are available if the wine list gets the better of you.
