The terrace sits right beside a Vauban fortress, and the city sprawls below in a way that makes ordering feel almost beside the point. Almost. This hotel restaurant on the Schlossberg serves seasonal cooking with international leanings, à la carte or in a monthly three- or four-course set. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows do the same work the terrace does in warmer months. The menu moves with the seasons, so what arrives depends entirely on when you show up.
