    A snug, wood-paneled restaurant inside a Renaissance town house in the heart of Görlitz's old town, steps from St. Peter and Paul's church. The menu runs classic regional German, the kind of cooking that takes stewed rabbit and brook trout seriously. Almost everything on the wine list pours by the glass, which is considerate. Come summer, the courtyard terrace tips into something genuinely pretty.
