    Sedalia's shares a property with the Walters family's playground equipment business, which tells you something about Oklahoma City's appetite for surprise. It's a seafood and conservas restaurant where the menu shifts weekly but almost always circles back to anticuchos, a nod to co-owner Silvana's Bolivian roots. Chef Zack Walters earned a James Beard nomination for Best Chef: Southwest, and Bon Appétit named it one of America's Best New Restaurants.
