Terrace tables here face Lake Constance so directly that the water is basically a third course. Seehalde is a seasonal restaurant with a regional bent, pulling fish from the lake itself and building menus around what the surrounding countryside offers. The wine list is carefully chosen, the front-of-house runs like clockwork, and on your way out you can take a jar of homemade bouillabaisse home, which is a very civilized way to end a meal.
