Seesteg is a Michelin-starred restaurant inside a small boutique hotel on Norderney, with a visible kitchen, tasteful modern interiors, and a chef who builds seasonal menus on classical technique with quiet modern touches. Two tasting menus run three to six courses, one of them vegetarian, with a short à la carte alongside.
