Sennhütte
Regional German
A farmhouse restaurant in the Black Forest with its own distillery, smokehouse, and Alpine dairy on the property, which either sounds like a sustainable-tourism fever dream or exactly where you want to be on a cold evening. Regional German cooking runs from hearty classics to a weekly resurrection of a long-forgotten Southern Black Forest dish. Cold platters and cake are served all day. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
