This is a casual, family-friendly Neapolitan pizzeria in Summerlin, with timber tables and a wood-fired oven that blisters each pie in just over a minute. The dough is thin and chewy and folds a little under its toppings, so you eat it with your hands and don't apologize. There's also a pear and jalapeño pie with no tomato sauce, which Naples would find alarming. Wear whatever you like, nobody is dressing up for pizza.
