Severin's Resort & Spa

Severin's is a modern resort on Sylt's quieter Wadden Sea shore, built in traditional Frisian farmhouse style but fitted out with antique-influenced rooms that somehow feel entirely contemporary. Two restaurants, a bar, a cigar lounge, and a private wine cellar round things out. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 Keys.
