Shangri-La occupies the upper floors of The Shard, and every room has floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the city like you own the place. It's a Forbes Five Star hotel, so expect serious service, serious prices, and guests who definitely expensed the flight. Borough Market is a short walk below, which is a convenient excuse to come back down to earth.
