    Vaulted stone ceilings from a 19th-century riverside merchant's house set the stage for a modern Nordic restaurant that has no interest in picking a lane between old and new. The kitchen leans into that tension, pairing traditional techniques with contemporary plating and the kind of ingredient sourcing that takes Finland's larder seriously. The kitchen team bring out many dishes themselves, and the sommelier is worth listening to.
