A former farmhouse in a tiny Tyrolean village, now a snug set-menu restaurant that seats just 20 per sitting. The room mixes old wooden ceiling beams with a clean, modern aesthetic, and you can watch the kitchen from the entrance if you're curious. The couple running it built the menu around whatever the surrounding region is producing that season, offered in three, four, or five courses. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand.
