Most of the 54 villas sit on stilts above the turquoise lagoon of the Noonu Atoll, each with its own walkway and entrance. This is an overwater resort in the classic Maldives mold, though one operating at serious scale, with ten restaurants and bars, two full spa facilities, stargazing sessions, sunset dhoni cruises, and open-air movie screenings over the water. A Forbes Five Star resort where leaving the island never really comes up.
