    A boutique hotel in Miraflores that quietly banned single-use plastics before it was fashionable, SOUMA runs 27 rooms with light wood and neutral linens, ocean or city views depending on your floor. Restaurante 27 Tapas works through contemporary Peruvian small plates downstairs, while the rooftop bar handles Pisco cocktails against Pacific sunsets. Larcomar and the clifftop Malecón are both a short walk away.
